Best butcher in town, and very friendly too????

The best butcher in the region. The sausages are a stunner, there aren't any better ones in Bavaria / Franconia. The Leberkäse is 1A and the meat quality is always excellent. I'm very happy to have such a butcher shop in town. Keep it up!!!

Except for the opening times a great butcher shop! You can easily tell the difference in meat quality compared to large butchery chains! In addition, the schnitzel baguettes are really great and the staff is friendly too!

In times of loads of foil-wrapped pieces of meat, which are not always so appetizingly stacked on the shelves of discounters, it is truly an oasis of aesthetically implemented butcher's craftmanship, which is offered here: Always clean and tidy presented, I am happy to pay for the Entrecote Angus beef an adequate price. The fresh white sausages are probably the best far and wide and the food and beverage offer in the small restaurant with daily changing lunch menu proves the lived commitment to the region. For where else do you still get "sour topaz in acetic onionsauce" and a spritzer with self-pressed apple juice surrounding orchards ?! Full score from deep conviction!

Top butcher. Competent advice, always the best quality and friendly staff. Smart ideas when marinating the grilled meat -> I knew coffee so far only to wake up but not for seasoning :-) In addition to the sales room, there is still a cozy pub, where you can taste the home-cooking directly.
